We will give you a discount on any future inspection within 90 days with the same realtor if for any reason your transaction for the home we inspected does not go through (for instance, financing, negotiation go wrong, etc.).We provide this because we value our customers and wish to be fair.

For each additional inspection we will give $40 off up to a maximum of $100 off.*

For example, 1st inspection – Full Price
2nd Inspection – $40 off
3rd Inspection – $60 off
4th Inspection – $100 off
